1962 Porsche 356 Description

** Note I had to list it as having a clear title but I don't have a title. CT is a non title state for cars this old. I don't have an old title or old registrations but you will get an official CT bill of sale from me CT form H-31 ***

1965 Porsche 356B T6. Chassis number 119119 coach builder Reutter. The stamp is in the front compartment along with the serial number tag in the door jamb and the paint code tag which shows code 739. No engine or transmission what you see is what you get along with a 22 gallon totebin of extra parts, headliner rods, an incorrect earlier T5 A/B hood needing work, a very rusty spare door a seat spring and some beat seat belt pieces.

This is the cheapest 356 I have seen for sale in a long time. I've seen many listings where people go and source a worn/used engine and trans for acouple thousand andsell there rusted out shellsfor over 20K. I don't have the time or desire to do that soI'm selling mine as an entry level project I don't have an engine or transmission for it. The original 1600 engine would have fallen in the 607751 to 608900 serial number series. Its incomplete, very rusty all over and dented and needs a full restoration but has a lot of good parts and would make a perfect outlaw by throwing in an old VW engine or a 912 engine. The roof is rusty and dented and I would just replace it (seen a couple locally for 1500) unless your a magician with metal.

Ask questions before bidding. Without a title you may not be able to export it so make sure you check with your department of motor vehicles, local state and government motor agencies before bidding. The car rolls and steers but does not brake or run selling as is where is and you need to pick it up.

Deposit of $200 due within 24 hours of auction close, full payment within 7 days of auction close. Full payment must clear before vehicle and paperwork released. Inspections in person welcomedthis Saturday July 14.- please email me to make arrangements.
