For sale is my 93 carrera 2 RWB conversion with 78K+ original miles. I drove it in stock form for 1 year while waiting for the build date from Akira Nakai. The build and conversion took place on NOV 2014. I believe this was the 3rd RWB conversion in Florida, Tampa, Miami and then mine. Mine has more options checked on the RWB build sheet than any other builds, you only need to see the lower side bumpers to see the difference from most of the RWB conversions around the world. Instead of going with a high mileage, tainted title donor car, i chose my best 964 ( Low mileage, clean title, no accident ) out of 3 964s that i owned at the time for the conversion.
LIst of mods and aftermarket add ons on the RWB
Work wheels from Japan that was purchased with the RWB kit $8K (wheels, tires, customs and shipping fees)
Brombacher headers and dual outlet mufflers 6k+ (parts and Labor)
Rottec carbon fiber race seats $4K {seats +planted brackets)
CAE shifter $2.5K (parts and labor/ fabrication)
momo porsche design steering wheel $1K+
oem porsche upper leather dash $1.5K
custom LED headlights $1.5K ( lights and labor) also have a pair yellow lenses and stock headlights will be included
paint work + rwb convervion shop/garage fees 5K+
other misc mods (steve wong chip, cone air filter, bilstein shocks, rennline front stabilizing brace(bar), carbon fiber heat air duct bypass
new sachs clutch, new alternator, ac filled and leak tested (found no leaks), batteries, spark plugs all replaced and checked less than 200 miles ago.
Positives. engine, engine, engine, engine is strong and has gone through lower rebuild and of course no leaks,
transmission and clutch are in perfect working order. ( see video to hear engine and exhaust)
Negatives, as you can see by the low $ on the paint costs, I decided to only paint the rwb parts instead of painting the donor car as well, so you will see the color variation upon close inspection. doesn't bother m, some might say it adds character. then again easily fixed with another paint job on the body kit only, matt film protection on the whole car, or a whole car paint job in the color of your liking.
as far as the paint job overall, 8,5 to a 9 out of 10. there are little chips here and there( easily fixed with a repair kit)
2 side mirrors have bubbling on the outside vinyl
back seat has a small tear
front seat has 1 ex small hole
the gauges has 2 to 3 film flaking off
all the decals are removable ( I think a white car is the best color for decals) if you decide you like the look of the car before the decals and the headlight change ( see video)
then just remove decals and put original headlights back on.
also will be including a painted wingless decklid with a small duck tail
Ive been a through as can be in listing the RWB, the buy it now is set low for a quick sale, I suggest dont wait around and the winner of the buy it now will get a set of big red 993 turbo brakes
(calipers are 9/10 and new set of 993 turbo rotors)
If you have the funds, definitely consider this rwb, when you see it in person, your jaw will drop
Best option is to see the car in person, next best is ppi inspection (boca raton, fort lauderdale area)original window sticker included with extensive documentation
bid with confidence, Ive bought alot and sold alot of items through Eba, My rating says alot
i have 65 mustang that's for sale also
