1982 Porsche 928 Description

For Sale is a Porsche 928 car for parts. It is a V-8 engine and automatic transmission. I bought it several years back at an estate auction sale in as is condition with no key. I worked through the Porsche dealership parts department to prove ownership and they said they could order me a key to fit the ignition and doors through the VIN. I did this and anxiously picked up the $98 key and got home and found out it fits in but does not turn in any of the door locks or ignition lock cylinder. I got disgusted with the project and put the car in indoor storage for 2 years. We are cleaning and making room in the storage building and decided to sell this project to someone that may have more Porsche knowledge and time than we do. Because there is no ignition key the steering is locked to a slight right turn and the automatic shifter is locked in park. I bought a wheel dollie which goes under the rear axle so we can roll it around. I charged the battery and most of the lights, power seats seem to work OK. All fluids and engine oil are where they should be but I have never started it due to the key issue. There is very little rust on the car, although there are some scratches on the drivers fender and door. The passengers seat bottom upholstery is in poor condition. I do not have a title and CT will not provide a title for a 1982 car. Car will be sold with a bill of sale and I can provide a copy of the auction bill of sale.
