1959 Porsche 356 "D" TYPE Description

30 years ago i finally realized to have a solid 356 Porsche, I would have to have one fully restored / built from the ground up ., i haveoriginalbuild sheetstil, "can see upon request"AutosportInternational / 1987. That restoration took well over 2 years and in the years since its completion the car has been always been garaged and only driven on special occasions which is reflected in how well that restoration has been preserved.
The D type roadster was a one year production car with only making it one of the more rarePorschesfrom that era. Only1,331 D's were ever built. TheCOAcertificate provided "can see upon request"by Porsche of North America, documents this car was completed on 4 / 27 / 1959. Factoryoptions on this particular D include sealed beam headlights, reclining seats, and USA bumpers / chrome over riders.
