1986 Porsche 928 Description

So here is a wonderful example of a Porsche 928s – Known as an “86.5” to 928 enthusiasts. It has the early look with the modern drive train, liter 32 valve V8 + 4 speed auto transmission. Now just to start, have spent over 10,000 dollars on the car in the last few months – I had no choice with a mechanic cornering me and now I can’t afford to keep it – VERY annoying. Please see the list below of what was changed/replaced: Cambelt, ater pump and tensioner etc. All Power Steering Lines All Disk Brakes All Brake Pads Motor Mounts Steering rack All front arm bushings Fan clutch bearings Thermostat All Belts Transmission pump seal replaced New Transmission oil Front Engine Seal Air Conditioning recharged and valves replaced Oil Change Air Filter + 4 x filter belts O2 Sensor Numerous electrical problems solved I have covered around 1,000 miles in the car in the last month trouble free commuting daily from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale. She runs really well is fast and blows cold air. The guy I bought it from had the whole car resprayed and also put new leather throughout the car – there has been an awful lot of money put into her and it truly is a beautiful car with tons of character, thoroughly enjoy owning it. The only things I would say is that the brake master cylinder will need changing soon, he gear shifter could probably do with replenishing (but works no problems) and lastly the speedo / odometer stopped working so was replaced and shows the wrong mileage (around 54k). The car has done around 106k miles. Any questions, ou are welcome to call me on 3057785322. Based in Fort Lauderdale / Miami Beach. We all know where these are going value wise, specially now people like Magnus Walker are adding 928’s to their collections - so please no stupid offers! I have added a pic of the engine bay as requested from a few people - sorry should have put one up from the start! Also I have now been asked a few times regarding the rebuilt title. I have no idea why this car has a rebuilt title - even after researching it at great length. When I was buying a 928, hey were all tired and old looking cars - but this one simply wasn't, fell in love with her and of course had it checked over before I bought it with no outcome of major or even minor accident damage. She's a genuinely clean, reat car and runs beautifully.
