1981 Porsche 911 SC Description

1981 Porsche 911 SC Targa. 5 speed manual. 43k miles, and slowing going up.
Several months ago I bought this Porsche from an older gentleman who couldn't climb in and out any longer. He had only put several hundred miles on it in the 8 years he owned it.
It runs great. It has a little attitude when you initially start it cold, but within 2 minutes it purrs.
The bad:
The A/C only works when it is jumped directly, and it is cold.
The radio flickers on and off.
The passenger seat has a small tear. Refer to picture.
After driving it, it leaves a small oil spot under the driver's side valve cover overnight. I bought the gaskets but haven't replaced.
Everything else is in very good condition. The clutch grabs really well and all the gears shift well. The car has fairly dark tint and black lights. Tires are almost brand new.
