Beautifully preserved 1939 Rolls-Royce Wraith 25/30 James Young limousine. One of only 491 ever built. This car has been in storage since 1998 and would be an excellent candidate for a full restoration, or with a few repairs could be returned to usable condition. The car is about 98% complete, with known missing parts listed below. The wood frame is solid and shows no sign of decay. Undercarriage is excellent. There is some minor body damage and some of the chrome has started flaking off the rear bumper, see pictures. The interior is original except for the front seat which was recovered in the early 90’s. The motor is complete and looks amazing but will not turn over. No diagnostics or repairs have been attempted. The car has not been driven since 1998. We have copies of the original build records and a documented ownership history. Also included is a maintenance manual printed in 1962. This car was imported to the US in the early 70’s and has had a single owner since 1968. You will probably never find a more original and complete example in the US. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions, and I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge. Because the price of this type of car is very subjective, all reasonable offers will be entertained. The car is listed locally and subject to prior sale. Thanks for looking!
