A pristine Saab 9000 CSE
Moving and will have to part with some of my cars.
This 1994 Saab 9000 was sold new in California and spent time in Texas prior to moving to Alabama in 2017. Purchase this summer. It is finished in Citrine Silver over a tan leather interior and now shows just under 57k miles. Power comes from a turbocharged 2.3L inline-four paired with a 4-speed automatic transaxle, and work under current ownership has included a brake service, a new drivetrain mount, serpentine belt, and more as detailed below. This 9000 CSE is offered with a clean Carfax report and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name.
This five-door hatchback is finished in Citrine Silver (227), and no accidents or damage are noted on the accompanying Carfax report. A scratch is noted on the rear along with a crinkle just forward of the rear driver’s side wheel arch and a paint imperfection on the hatch lid. This Saab placed second in the 2018 Saab Owners’ Convention Concours De Saab.
15″ Directional alloy wheels are equipped with a set of Riken tires, with tread depths indicated in the gallery. A front and rear brake service was performed by the previous seller with new pads and a brake fluid flush.
The cabin is upholstered in tan leather (J33) and accented with wood trim. Equipment includes a factory 4-spoke steering wheel, heated front seats, and a factory cassette stereo. The previous seller had replaced a few LED interior lights, a steering wheel bushing, the heater blower, and an SRS module.

A new center armrest, self-dimming rearview mirror with Homelink, The rear hatch is shown in the gallery and features a fresh liner for the spare tire compartment as well as a re-covered parcel shelf.
The factory ash tray and lighter have been replaced with a single DIN in-dash cupholder.
Instrumentation includes a 135-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and a 6-digit odometer showing just under 57k miles, An adjustable intermittent wiper relay from Volkswagen was installed, and an FM modulator was installed for streaming audio.
The 2.3-liter B234 inline-four features a Garrett turbocharger paired with a front-mounted intercooler and was factory-rated at 200 horsepower when mated to the 4-speed automatic transmission. The seller installed an aftermarket ECU with a tune by Brew City Boost along with a SAAB T7 boost controller. Maintenance in the Previous seller’s ownership included a serpentine belt change, new pulleys and a tensioner, silicone vacuum hoses, a cooling system flush, and transmission fluid changes
