1965 Shelby Cobra Challenge Car Description

2000 Factory Five "Super Snake Challenge" Car "Spec" racer series, believed to be one of 10 built Original series required a stock Mustang 5.0 EFI Engine It now has a stroked, 347 CI small block crate engine. The engine is rated at over 400HP but I have never had it on a dyno to prove it. It is also now street legal and is NYS inspected and Titled. It is titled as a "2000 Custom". It is a very fast street car. This would also make a great vintage racer, autocross or track day car that you can still drive on the street! Transmission -- Tremec T3550 5 speed 8.8 Ford Positraction rear Four wheel disk brakes Fuel cell 3 binders of build info and history Has SCCA and NASA log books Very fast and well sorted. This is a car for experienced drivers. It comes with two sets of wheels & tires. One set of high performance street tires, one set of ultra performance street tires that are more suitable for Autocross or Track use. The street tires are on black rims, the other tires are mounted on silver rims. You can't begin to build a similar Factory Five car for the same money. I only have storage space for one car and would like to buy another collector car. Now is your chance to have a really cool Cobra. The odometer reading is miles since the speedometer was calibrated shortly after I bought the car.
