This car is a monster. $150,000 invested. 427cid Ford engine 665hp @ 6300rpm /631ft-lbs @ 4900rpm (The engine and transmission currently have 50 miles on them, the rear end has about 200). Makes 400ft-lbs of torque at 2,000 rpm.
Suspension is firm but not harsh because of the huge sway bar up front. It is set up for road racing. Car has done 167mph at Road America. 5.5" 3 disc clutch spools up and down incredibly fast. Which translates to shorter braking zones and quicker acceleration coming out of the turns.
