1962 Studebaker Lark Cruiser
1962 Studebaker Lark Description
259 V8 with three speed automatictransmission.
Has all new engine seals (except for rear main seal)
New transmission seals.
Rear end has been rebuilt.
New shocks front and rear
New coil springs front
New rear leaf spring shackles
Front end alignment done
New motor mounts
New upper A arm bushings
Engine runs good and transmission works as itshould.
Has small leak from rear main seal (but notbad ) and small leak from transmission fillertube at trans pan.
Odometer states 48927 miles but I am guessing it is 148927 as odometer only reads five digits.
Has been painted with John Deere blitz blackand the roof is vinyl wrap blue metal-flake.
Recently changed engine oil and transmissionfluid
New transmission oilpan
Has new single exhaust with turbo mufflerexiting out passenger-side.
Semi custom interior but dash pad and seatswill need recovered.
Fuel tank has been cleaned and has newsending unit so Fuel gauge works.
Brakes are good. But could use some finetuning adjustments.
Carburetor has been rebuilt
Car runs and stops and shifts Good.
changed from generator to alternator.
Turn signals work
Brake lights work
Headlights work
Highbeams work
Horn does not work
Windshield wipers work
Heater works
Has new tires.

I made brand new door panels and covered with gunmetal gray vinyl wrap brushed aluminum
Headliner has been removed
Passenger-side door rear window has crack. Window can be purchased at Studebaker International for $45
one side rocker panel has rusted and ruston one lower rear passenger door will need fixedor you can drive it the way that it is.
No body filler anywhere that I can detect
Car has clear California title
Title is ready to be signed by new owner and transferred
Will provide bill of sale as well
Car sold as is where is no warranty expressed or implied.
