1963 Studebaker E7 blue Description

You are looking at a 1963 Studebaker E7 long bed pickup. This truck has only 41,000 original miles. My friend bought this truck from a museum in 1998. I drove it back from Longview Texas to San Antonio. We cruised it around San Antonio for a few years until he lost interest in it. Then it sat under a carport until a couple years ago until it got pushed out to make room for another car. The truck is loaded with options that include; chrome grill, 289 v8 w/overdrive, heater, cigarette lighter, sliding rear window, am radio that still works,4.10 rear diff, padded dash that is in mint condition, two tone seat cover that has started to split. I have done a complete brake job including all new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder, flushed all the lines, and new brake hoses. The shoes were in very good condition so I left them in. I put a new fuel pump and rebuilt the carburetor. It starts right up without any smoke or funny noises. Although the truck is drivable the tires are very dry rotted, and wouldn’t go very far without replacing them. The truck is very rust free except for the sill plates under the doors. This damage happened when it lost it’s space under the carport. The floorboards are very solid. I encourage anyone who is bidding on it to come and look at it before the auction ends. Although it runs good, the water pump has started leaking from the weep hole. This truck would be an easy restoration as there is not one missing original bolt! I am listing this auction with no reserve to find it a new home. Good luck bidding!
