1949 Studebaker 2R16- 1 1/2 Ton Truck. 55,887 Miles Showing, 6 Cylinder Flathead Gasoline Engine believed to be original, Manual Transmission with Two speed rear end controlled at the shifter. Dually. Flat bed frame is solid but all lumber will need replacement if truck is made to run and used as Is. This truck was used regularly to deliver construction materials up until three years ago when owner fell ill. Has not been run since and does not have a battery but engine turns freely. Ran well when it was put in storage. Lighting and emblems have been removed in advance of intended restoration but are included with sale as depicted in photos. This truck is very solid for its age. Only a very small amount of rust as seen in photo. Otherwise very clean but patina-ed. Wheel bases is 155 inch. Seller can assist with pick up or hand off to shipping company. Prefer pick up within 1 week of clearance of payment. Tires hold air and sale includes one spare wheel.
