This is a 1994 Subaru Sambar Mini Truck/ Kei Truck VIN - KS4199402
I have owned this for a couple years now and really love it. It's an awesome little work truck that excels as a farm/ cabin/ landscaping truck.I have comfortably driven this truck at 60 MPH for extended distances with no trouble. Currently I have it registered as a regular motor vehicle, but it can also be registered as a street legal ATV. Mostly I just use it for projects around my house/ yard.The winch works, 4x4 works, gears all shift fine, turn signals, horn, wipers, light bar, etc are all working.
It runs, idles, and drive well, but does have a couple of issues which I will outline right below...
Carburetor needs tuned/ cleaned (truck will stall a little in lower RPM's)Radio does not work (looks like it's been disconnected)Hot/Cold blend door must be manually switched from A/C to HeatThere are dents and scratches on the bodyRight side handle on the rear tailgateis damaged (still latches but handle is shorter)Tires are pretty worn and will need to be replaced soon.
Here is a list of the work I had done when I first bought it (I have documentation for all this work)-New valve cover gasket-New crank and camshaft seals-New timing belt-New Battery-New oil filter-Replaced left front axle and axle shaft-Replaced a sheered lug-Replace right front CV boot clamp
