1988 Suzuki Samurai JA Sport Utility 2-Door 1.3L
1988 Suzuki Samurai JA Description
I am only the second owner of this 1988 Suzuki Samurai and I hold a clear title in my name. The car is currently registered and inspected. This Samurai has been well cared for and looks to have been garaged the majority of its life. The vehicle is mostly original, ith the exception of a new Sony Bluetooth stereo and Alpine front speakers. This Samurai runs and drives great. Since I purchased the vehicle two years ago, 've replaced the top with a new Bestop, he radiator and all hoses/clamps, he battery, he horn, he interior door panels, istributor o-ring, loor mats, nd several smaller parts. The vehicle looks excellent for a 28 year old car. The original paint still shines and there is no body damage other than small nicks and scratches to be expected on a 28 year old paint job. There is no rust on this vehicle. Tires are in good condition. Car needs nothing other than to be enjoyed.
Other than the nicks and scratches in the paint, here are a few small rock chips on the front windshield, ut they're small and have not spread since I've owned the car. It passes inspection without a problem. The drivers seat does have a few small tears, s seen in pictures, nd one section of the seat bottom fabric was replaced at one point. The left front fender does appear to have been repainted at some point, ut I can see no other signs of damage. The previous owner drilled holes in the sport bar to accommodate a track to hold a bikini top. I do have the track, ut I do not have a bikini top for this car.
I have a Haynes repair manual which I'll include with the car, s well as some other extra small parts (plugs, ires, ilter, orn, tc.)
I have the original tool kit in the glove box along with the owner's manual, he original window sticker with an MSRP of $8,235 and the dealer mark-up sticker price of $10,680.
Please, f I can answer any questions, et me know.
