1974 Toyota Land Cruiser Description

Selling my 1974 Toyota FJ40 LandCruiser. This FJ lived in Palm Desert, Ca for 10 years and has lived in West Texas for 5. There is ZERO rust on this FJ, which is extremely hard to find these days. It is stock, minus a 4" lift kit and at some point someone painted the outside brown. Things that I have done to it:

- New wiring hardness. All the lights and gauges work. Everything on the gauge cluster works great.

- 4" lift.

- Seat were re-upholstered 6 years ago.

- When I bought this from my father in CA, it had been sitting in his garage for years. When I started driving it, every seal and gasket started leaking. So, I spent $2,500 replacing EVERY seal and gasket on the vehicle. No leaks and everything runs great.

- 4 WD works excellent.

- Parking brake was fixed and works now.

- New Optima Red battery installed

- Only thing that does not work is the heater. It blows air, but it is not hot.

- This FJ comes with a Hard Top and Hard Doors. I will send pics of those by request if needed. Everything in great shape, with zero rust on the top or doors. The tops and doors have been off of this FJ for 12 years, so new hardware from SOR will need to be ordered if you wish to put the top and doors on.

- New 33" tires. Less than 1,000 miles on the tires.
