1974 Toyota Celica Description

This item is being re listed due to buyers unauthorized purchase!
Up for sale is a 1974 Toyota Celica with manual transmition. The car has been stored in my shop with the intent to restore it but I now need some space for my other projects. Clean title in hand! Floors and trunk well are solid, trunk lid and passenger door have been replaced to provide an improved platform for restoration over the ones that were there prior. Interior is all black and all door panels are present with all the parts! All seats are original to the 1st gen celica. Driver seat is brown due to prior ones frame not adjusting correctly. Vintage mesh wheels come with the car as well and they are in un damaged condition and will recondition easily and shine with a little elbow grease. Chrome trim is also exceptional for its age. Carpet in driver and passenger area has been removed by me due to its age but the center console area is there and in good condition. Chrome trim around the windows in front and rear was removed to assess the condition underneath when I acquired the car. No major cancer was found that caused me to be concerned. There is a spot at the front of each rear wheel that shows the most rust.On the hood shows surface rust and their is some signs showing under the black vinyl top in an area. The motor turns freely and has not been started since being put into storage in 2010. It appears to have been serviced and is extremely clean. The car will need to be gone through to ensure it is road worthy. It rolls easily and the hand brake works to stop the car a keep it in position. The keys unlock the door as and trunk and ignition. The steering column unlocks and turns easily. This Celica is a perfect platform for a restoration and has no signs of prior accidents. The body lines are great and the metal is a solid platform. Please request any additional pictures that are needed. The car is being sold as is.
For additional consideration is a NEW complete black loop carpet kit and a W50 5 Speed transmition. I also have many other restoration and period correct parts for the 1st gen Celica's to assist the buyer in setting up their needs.
