1990 Toyota Land Cruiser Description

Very OEM (stock) vehicle, Alpine White with grey interior, nodash cracks, driver seat good, no rust.A Texas truck since purchased new from Toyota of Irving (Dallas)I am just the third owner, with a very large folder of receiptsfor all work performed since 2007(including all oil changes, this is VERY important to those of you that know how much deferred maintenance these trucks can have). Onlyrealnon OEM isAlpinehead unit. All OEM glass in truck and 4WD engages(lock hubs every 30 days), disengages without issue, 4 WD light on dash works.Truck has been shown at Cars and Coffee events, Houston, Texas.

Per previous owner(with receipts)

2007 – New radiator, Master cylinder, EGR system rebuilt with vacuum lines, fuel tank recall done(I have documentation)with new fuel pump.

2009 – New front axle seals

2010 – New clutch plates in auto (OEM), new rear main seal

2011 – Throttle and kick down cable replaced

1013 – New ignition ignitor, new BFG KO’s (207k)

2014-2015 Glass out respray (I have pic of truck prior to paint), blocked and sanded to remove door dings. A lot of new seals, new rocker molding (snake blinders), new rear bumper with caps (OEM), lenses, side markers, gutters sanded and sealed and a new hood (OEM).

2015 – Top end engine work done. New OEM rings, values and seals. Cylinders honed and OEM cast iron rings installed. Mostpulleys, water pump, thermostat, engine seals like side cover, oil pan and rear main. Also installed were new plugs, cap, wires and rotor. New cold start switch and injectors rebuilt.

AC converted to 134 and original compressor rebuilt, new drier and one line.

Since I have owned(with receipts)

2016 – Front axle rebuild with knuckles and seals, tie rods ends, brakes all around with calipers, wheel cylinders, rotors, pads, masterand replaced one backing plate(work performed at Javiers in Houston).

Bilstein 4600 all around and OME steering dampener

OEM front bumper with end caps

Transfer case rebuild with new OEM (only a couple exist) drive and idler gears along with inspection of rear main sealand replaced, and replacement of output shaft in autotranny and overdrive frictions (12/16)

Oil and filterschanged, diffs and transfer case also, new e brake cable, new sway bar bushings front and rear.

New fuel gauge

New drivers side power mirror. Passenger side was replaced with non-motorizedversionto preserve the finish on the OEM which I have to go with truck.

Installed new OEM chrome gutter trim

Rear drive shaft balanced and u joints

2-8/17 New kick down cable installed and adjusted

Power Antenna rebuilt

Installed springs off younger truck, replaced all suspension bushings with OME greaseable and new shackles (OEM length)

12/17 Auto tranny filter cleaned and ran at 190 degrees after 30 mile trip(per shop)

1/5/18 new catalytic converters installed

LOTS of little things (I’m like that) that would fill pages like shifter grommets to stop that wobble on gear selector, dash lights, 4WD vacuum switches, E brake cable, various lights/lenses, grille pieces, gas door springand…

Only know issues

Slow rear power windows (haven’t had chance to do MUD relay install)

Locks hit and miss, so I removed the relay, may need new one

Radio works, Alpine, but speakers are not wired due to removing a sub. Includes new carpet kit if requested.

Reason for selling is that this is one of my 4 Land Cruisers, I love the truck every time I get in it and drive, great on highway, and with the 4600’s rides like a much newer vehicle. Just don’t drive enough.

Statements are to the best of my ability, truck is sold as is with no implied warranty.
