For a half-century, ver a million Land Cruisers have traversed paths from the South Pole to the Sahara.

I call her "Orange Crush" and she was most recently owned and cared for by meticulous 27-year Naval Officer in Washington who's only reason for selling her was that he is spending the next three years stationed overseas. There are several photos if you click on the links above or below. The truck has seen a lot of love over the years and is pretty flawless inside and out!

Built in Feb of 1980,the truck is in excellent condition and not far from stock while enjoying some nice modifications. First of all, t's Denver Bronco Orange! (OK, made that up, ut it is orange). The truck was originally Freeborn Red. The paint is beautiful and without so much as a scratch that I can find. For those of you that like to drive topless,this FJ40comes with a beautiful set of metal half doors and rear half barn doors with license plate holder all professionally painted to match!

Under the hood is the original 2F engine with factory emissions removed. The stock carburetor has been replaced with a Weber carb combined with a high performance DUI(Davis Unified Ignition) distributor and headers which gives her more power than most! Her previous owner(s) maintained her well.

She has heroriginal 4 speed transmission with 3.70 gears, EM axles with a Skyjacker 4" suspension lift, ancho shocks and steering stabilizer. Under it all you will find 33x10.50 BF Goodrich AT's wrapped around Pro Comp polished aluminum wheels and Aisin freewheeling hubs. You'll be able to light up the trial withAuxiliarylighting mounted up front on the Warn front bumper and a bright spot light mounted under the bumper in back.

The interior is well sorted. Both OEM front seats and rear jump seats have beenreupholstered in black vinyl, he headliner has been replaced with factory correct material.The dash pads are all in great shape. The roll bar is totally padded with coverings from Specter Off Road. Between the seats you have a Tuffylockingconsole. Audio is powered by a dash mountedKenwood AM/FM/CD with Aux In and Remote. There arespeakers mounted in front and rear.

Turnsignals, eadlights, ux lights (interior and exterior), ipers, aillights, ackup lights, icense plate lights, ide markers and all gauges work. The 33x10.50 BFG tires and Pro Comp wheels are new.This old school 4WD serves up an awesome combination of off-roading prowess. Front disc and rear drum brake combination will bring all you to a quick and uneventful stop.

She comes with a treasure trove including Steel Half Front Doors, ear Barn Doors, wners Manual, oolkit and a full compliment of Maintenance Manuals. Everyone loves this FJ40. It's bright, eautiful, ight, attle free and capable. It would be right at home at the malt shop or perched on a mountain conquering your weekend adventure.
