Selling my 82 shortbox. Clean Title 389,049 on the clock 5 speed tranny, stock gearing, stock diffs LIST OF MODS< UPGRADES AND WORK- Smog certificate passed! 70 days until it expires (this means you don't have to smog it. You just go to the DMV and register it! ;) 19,049 miles on full rebuild - motor (pistons, crank, rings, bearings, etc) and head (new valves, guides, keepers, decked ect.) upgraded cam, new timing components, steel rail timing guide, oil pump, water pump, Aisin heavy duty clutch from Marlin Crawler Dual row timing chain! UPGRADED WITHIN THE PAST 3 YEARS- Drive belts LC Engineering stock distributor Break master cylinder replaced 2013 Rebuilt Carburetor (Carburetor Exchange) Full front end rebuild from hub to hub, Koyo Japanese bearings, races, fresh grease packed knuckles, gear oil, Marlin heavy duty inner axle seals ect. New stock muffler Full Tune up 2 months ago - Valve adjustment, oil change, oil filter, cap, rotor, plugs, air filter, timing at 0 BTDC Zuk Modification (Springs at the rear of the truck on both sides for hauling wood, wheeling etc. Front Leafs Old Man Emu 2.5 inch lift bought in 2012, Overall suspension lift is 2.5" above stock- clears 33's with ease. Welded on 3/8" plate on front of frame to accept aftermarket bumper. after market tachometer and water temp gauge 4 runner bucket seats Hurst shifter throttle cable starter is 2 years old (I replaced the contacts last week) clutch slave replaced recently front break calipers within the past 3 years as well as rear break shoes U bolt rear flip kit fuel pump Ignitor 16 gallon gas tank upgrade from the stock 11.5 gallon tank recently replaced front windshield and seal Frame is in great shape no rot No mechanical issues whatsoever! With regular tune ups and oil changes this little truck will go another 300,000 miles no problem! Carpet replaced 4 years ago Yakima rack system ISSUES.. Stock tachometer does not work until the truck is warmed up Horn doesn't work Battery should be replaced soon (tests fine and starts cold or hot no problem but is getting old) No front bumper, stock rims and tires, body rust, rust at cowel, fenders, bed and parts of the cab and inside doors. With a little work it can be rust free. This truck was NOT wheeled hard. The PO used it as a work truck and I used it as a work truck. I hate to see it go but I don't have the time to keep er up.
