1994 Toyota Pickup 4x4 SR5 One Owner Nice West Coast Vehicle
1994 Toyota Tacoma Pickup 4x4 SR5 Description
I personally bought this truck way back in Feb. 1994 at Doxon Toyota in Auburn, WA and it has been my daily runner unitl recently when I purchased an SUV. this vehicle was Never abused and Only Road driven and Not used Off-Road, like many you will see for sale. I have personally changed the oil and filter every 3,000 miles since truck was new and have the record book (see pics.) that documented this and a 3 ring binder with all of the service done over the years on this truck. You folks know that these Toyota trucks back in that era were the most reliable and dependable on the road and that is why they lead year after year in resale value. This is a very nice truck and was garaged every night until about 10 years ago when the garage got to full and then sat in my driveway, thus the clear seal peeling in some areas mentioned above but still a very nice truck that could be your dail driver. when I bought anoitThe tires have good tread with lots of life left no cracking. The windshield has several stone chips. The Floor Mats are New OEM Toyota installed this week. The Leer Canopy has been on truck since vehicle was new and is very useful despite the clear coat peeling off the paint in a major wa, see the photos. I thas (2) locks on rear door of canopy. It has a Pendaliner "Under the Rail" bed Liner installed at time of Canopy purchase, so as not to rub paint off sides of truck like the "Over the Rail" bed Liners do.I will mention that in truck lifetime these very minoe fender scrapes occurred.1) Backing out of garage in dark I scraped wifes car that was parked in an unusual area of drivewy, with rear passenger fender, minor body work and paint job to repair.Worst part was explaining to her and hearing about this for many years!2) A car in pouring rain approaching a stoplight at about 30 miles and hour, hit my Drivers front fenderwhich resulted in minor body work and paint job to repair.3) A driver on phone stopped at last second to turn left at 30 miles an hour and I hit his rear bumper, resulting in New bumper for truck and minor body work and paint job to repair. These are all minor incidents and None have impacted the driveability of this fine truck.
I have been asked at least (5) times in the last several years by strangers at fuel stations and parking lots if I wanted to sell my truck. I needed a vehicle to drive and then turned them down. It is now time for this vehicle to go to a New Onwer.
Take a look at the Original vehicle Window sticker.I added after I bought this vehicle OEM Toyota Air Conditoning that still works fine, and an OEM Toyota CD Player. So it now has a Toyota factory Cassette Player and a Toyota factory CD Player as this was during the transition from Cassettes to CD's in 1994.400 Miles ago, I replaced the Intake Manifold Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket, New Radiator and Cololant, Transmission Fliuid.New Battery Aug. 2017In the past I have replaced items including :Timing BeltWaterPumpTensionerBeltsThe Michelin Tires on Truck, 31 x 10.50 R15 LT Tires ( see pics), have good tread depth.
