1987 Toyota Celica Description

Very nice vintage Toyota Celica convertible. Body in excellent condition. No rust or dents. Paint shines right up. Originally a California car that was garaged its whole life and used as a summer pleasure car. Bought it for my daughter as a first car less than a year ago. Engine had a knock and then the timing belt spun. Heat was intermittent. Unknown exactly why. Timing belt went before the problem could be found. Not running at this time. Engine could be repaired or replaced. Transmission rebuilt by the previous owner who enjoyed the car for 30 years. Great project for the right person as the body is so nice. Unfortunately, I do not have the time or expertise. Rare to find a car like this in such condition. Will be a beauty when repaired.
