1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Description

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this rare and highly restored 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 pickup. This FJ45 was recently imported and has only 235 kilometers on a complete, frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration finished to a very nice standard. It is highly optioned with power front disk brakes, power steering and air conditioning. Nearly every component is new or rebuilt; the frame was painted in gloss black and the body is finished in always-attractive Freeborn Red. New upholstery, door panels, floor covering, headliner and dash pad. The interior sheet metal and engine bay were finished to a standard matching the exterior.

The 2F inline six cylinder runs smooth and makes good power; it's mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Factory steel wheels are wearing new 265/75/16 mud terrains and new Camex hubs are fitted up front. We were impressed with this truck's on-road manners (for an FJ) and it has a very solid and "put together" feel about it. And although is probably too nice to take off-road, at least you know it has what it takes to do it.
