1988 Toyota 4Runner Description

This is a 1988 Toyota 4Runner Project vehicle. Runs and drives. Hasn't been on the road in about 4 years. Been sitting in garage with occasional drives up and down the street. I bought it in stock condition in 2008 with 136,638 miles on it. Title in hand. I pulled the V6 and auto tranny and installed a throttle body injected Chevy 5.7 from a 1989 Blazer with 45,000 rebuilt miles on it bolted to a Toyota truck 5spd manual using a bellhousing kit from Advance Adapters and a customized driveshaft.
It has a 2in body lift and cut fenders to fit 33in x 10.5in Super Swampers. Have a spare Super Swamper on a steel wheel. Poly Bushings installed.
Custom rear bumper and side rock guards. Needs drivers side rock guard installed.

Rear window is removed, have parts but will need new or rebuild regulator to work. I haven't been able to get it to work.
Bed floor was repaired with fiberglass due to rot.

Comes with 6.5ft Fisher plow that needs some linkage work where it goes into the pump. plow hasn't been installed in a few years.
Has150,516 miles
Please look at pictures carefully. Being sold as is as a project vehicle. Runs and drives but will need work to pass inspection. It's going to need work but good for someone with the time and $. Has Toyota rot to deal with but it is a fun toy.
I have a lot of extra parts to go with it and will include the repair manual

Please email with any questions.
