1977 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 - - Full Restoration. USA Model Land Cruiser. NOT NOT NOT imported from Brazil or Costa Rica through Florida. This is the real deal and you won't get into trouble finding parts.
4.2L inline 6-cyl. 4-speed transmission. 3-gear transfer case. Disc brakes in the front. NO AC. NO Power Steering.
I bought this FJ40 out of Ogden Utah. It started out as an extremely good donor. Nearly rust free and almost every single bolt and nut came out of this cruiser easily without breaking. Very clean.
As you can see from the listing pics, everything has been "touched" on this vehicle. This entire vehicle was broken down into individual pieces, sand blasted, sealed, primed, painted, buffed and reassembled. Most of the parts are new - too many to list
Paint is Toyota RUSTIC GREEN 621. All of the panels in this vehicle are original with the exception of the front fenders which were purchased from Cool Cruisers.
The suspension on this vehicle is original/stock. No alteration except new shocks and steering stabilizer. Wheels are 15" and powder coated white.
All electrical and gauges are working (with the exception of the oil gauge which has the needle broken off). I'm in search of a replacement and will likely have it replaced by the time this auction is over.
Engine: This baby runs amazing with a lot of power. Clutch, brakes, steering, and driveability are all top notch. Full tune, new rotor, carb tune up, wires, plugs, and timing.
