Up for sale is my one of a kind very rare matching numbers 1967 FJ40 LandCruiser. I am confident you will find without a doubt the finest, ighest quality OEM nut and bolt restoration on the market. If you would like to own a piece of FJ40 history or just a safe place to put your money look no further. This is an original, nmolested FJ40 that has only had two owners and spent its entire life in the dry climate of Arizona. The original owner sold it to the second owners in 1973 when it had 36k miles. The second owner had it for the past 42 years and was a WWII Veteran and now approaching his 90thbirthday. He and his wife kept exceptional log books with maintenance notes, as fill-ups, nd service records from 1973-2011. Amazingly, here are approximately 38 years of log records. Please see the pictures of a sampling of log book entries there are no log books from 2012-2014. The owner states the vehicle was garaged during those years. This FJ40 has been exceptionally well maintained to the highest standards, nd yes all records of its life organized neatly in folders and binders are included!!!! All records documenting its OEM restoration receipts are included. Every component of this FJ40 is either original, ew old stock, r sourced directly from Japan. Very little was bought for this FJ40 the majority of this vehicle was taken apart restored and put back on. Everything Works, rom the major components, ngine, ransfer case, xles down to the dome light; yes everything even the rear heater and speedometer which very rarely work in early FJ40’s!!!! The engine was rebuilt August 1984. Please see the two photos showing documentation of this event. The rebuild information and a detailed rebuild receipt are shown. All paint; both interior and exterior have been meticulously restored to the factory correct color T-403 Lily White. Even the body work was kept to original imperfections from the manufactures in Japan. You can still see the spot welds and minor dents due to impervious manufacturing and materials during the turn of the century. I have at least 200 pictures of this vehicle before and during restoration. New BF Goodrich Radials (5) are mounted on the original wheels and Hub Caps which are almost impossible to find. The original bottle neck Jack and accessories have been preserved since it rolled off the Japan assembly line. This is not only a collectible treasure but it is one of only a few thousand that were imported to the US in 1967. This FJ40 would most certainly be the pride of any collection or museum. I am confident you will find this vehicle is as mechanically sound and gorgeous as any FJ40 available anywhere! The photos are as thorough as possible but an in person viewing would give it the justice this one of a kind Jewel deserves.
