1979 Toyota Supra Description

Up for sale is a nice virtually rust free 79 toyota Celica Supra. The car had newer paint 4 years ago which is black with a slight amount of gold metal flake in it which looks great in the sunlight. It does have some scratches and scuffs but is in overall good condition. I have been driving this to work for the last 5 months and it runs and drives nice. The car had a new exhaust put on it recently that has an aftermarket catalytic converter and stainless turbo muffler so it has a fairly loud tone to it. The interior has had many pieces replaced or recovered as you can see in the pics and is two tone black and tan. I installed new brakes front and rear, new U joints and carrier bearing in the driveshaft, new strut tube inserts, front sway bar links and bushings, emergency brake cables, rear shocks, new tires, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, new fuel filter, new fuel pump, new spark plugs, dist. cap, rotor, and wires, thermostat, new antifreeze, oil change, and trans oil change. The AC doesnt work but I do have a compressor from another engine that will come with it, I am unsure of its condition. The radio is missing a knob but works, factory clock works, power windows work good, rear defrost works. The rear seat has a tear in the back part of the headrest as you can see in the pics and the front seats are rough under the seat covers. The windshield has a crack in it on the drivers side as you can see in the pic. The trans shifts good but is a little whiney so it may need bearings sometime or maybe it is just the way they sound. The car only leaks a small bit from the power steering pump but otherwise is dry. This is a chance to own a fairly rare sports car for a good price. I have tried to list all the good and bad I can think of but ask any questions you have and keep in mind this is a 37 year old car so its not perfect. As all my auctions run the car is sold as is and no negative feedback buyers. Down payment of 500 due upon auction end and rest before pickup or shipment.
