1973 Triumph Stag (Mk 1) 2-door Roadster, 3.0L V8 . Here is your chance to own an incredible specimen of Triumph’s response to the Mercedes-Benz SL. Of this particular options package, only 2400 were produced, and only 430 were exported outside of the UK.
This 1973 Stag was rescued out of dry storage and was in there since 1998
The 1973 Stag that has the original engine with air conditioning. The car has been stored inside since 1998. We replaced the fuel pump, cleaned and repaired the carbs, put in a battery, cleaned and adjusted the points, added power steering fluid, cleaned it up..... And got her running again. She Drives nice and smooth and shifts nicely
All the lights including the idiot lights seem to work, as do the power windows. The engine runs strong .It is difficult to find these cars with the original engine, much less running.
The top frame works flawlessly- rare for this car. The canvass material will need to be replaced but can be serviceable as is. We also have a workable hardtop that we will include in the sale.

The Stag is relatively Rust Free---- Rocker panels and wheel wells all look good.
The chrome is in Good condition with minimal pitting
The paint is Driver quality but presents well
