The TR6 was a traditional sports car produced by Triumph from 1968 till 1976 and is often considered the last of the great British roadsters. These appealing sports cars came well equipped from the factory with a spirited 2.5 liter inline 6 cylinder engine, 4 speed synchromesh transmission, 4-wheel independent suspension, front disc brakes, radial ply tires, wheel trim rings, reclining bucket seats, walnut fascia, speedometer with trip odometer, tachometer, lockable glove box, pile carpet, interior courtesy lights, zip down... rear window, front air spoiler and luggage rack. This 1974 example is finished in Snowberry White, this is a stunning example of a wonderful car. With just a single owner since new, this car is extremely original and shows very well. With just 27,000 original miles, this car is as unmolested as they come. The body and paint quality show very well and the rubber, chrome, and plastic trim are all intact and look very nice as well. The factory wheels and their hard to find trim pieces are very nice indeed. The light blue interior is in excellent shape and shows very little wear overall. The seats are free of rips and are comfortable with no sagging. The dashboard is crack free and very original and the wooden walnut trim is excellent and has good coating, a common problem area. The gauges are very nice, and the factory radio is still installed. The original steering wheel and gearshift knob are refreshing to have. Nearly everything about this car is wonderful and this is one of the most original examples we have seen in a long time. The 2.5L I6 starts up quickly and the whole car has benefitted from a bundle of service work over the years. The car goes down the road very well and the shifter is a pleasure to use. The car even comes with both factory keys. You will be hard pressed to find another one owner TR6 in this condition!
