1973 Triumph Spitfire Description

Hello,

So this is the story I got the car as a payment from a friend, the plan was to sell it and make the money back. When I saw the car I loved it so much that I wanted to keep it. My wife asked me me put it up on all this sites to try to sell it, but i low key was hoping not to sell it. I was going to restore it and keep this beauty. I have done some work in the car already. The car does start with starting fluid however I deattatch the gas tank because I did not want the car to use all the old rusty gas and cause more problems. The door side panels have been restored, the dashboard had been sanded and re varnished, the glove box has been rebuilt, the stereo works, it has new clutch and brake master cylinders, I have a carburetor rebuilt kit, a new fuel pump and water pump that still have to be installed. I also have the service manual and a parts catalog where you can order literally the whole car piece by piece. That being said, we recently found out that we are having a baby and we need a more family friendly vehicle like an SUV and now I have to sell it. Thanks

Car does have a few rust but what car this old doesn’t.
