1959 Triumph TR3 Vintage Race Car Description

1959 TR3 race car. The car was set up to race on the vintage circuit almost from new. The Previous owner set the car up in the early 1960s and raced it until the mid 1990s. Has a full race adjustable suspension (front and rear) with a lowered stance. Has new Vredestein radial tires 185 X 70 X 15 and another set of 5 Race wheels and tires. The engine in the car now was rebuilt 4 years ago and have $7500 in recent receipts for the engine, tires, and general service. The car has an over drive transmission with posi-traction rear end. Has a header and large exhaust with dual stromberg 175 CD carburetors (rebuilt). There is a rebuildable Race engine that comes with the car as well with skimmed head, 3/4 Grind cam, larger pistons, Mallory dual point distributor, misc parts, etc. The car starts on the first push of the ignition button. Has a full roll cage attached to the body, fuel cell, fire extinguisher, etc. I have the original Vin plate too. The undercarriage is in very nice shape and does not have any frame damage or rot. All gauges are Stewart Warner and work perfectly. A vey nice patina on the car, considering its age. Comes with a full race suit and gloves too!
