1981 Triumph TR8 convertible Description

This Tr8 is in excellent condition. Has matching blue canvas top. 15inch wheels, and aftermarket exhaust. It has been a lot of fun to own because of its rarity and the amazing amount of torque from the v8 engine. It can pull away anat 15 hundred rpm in top gear without any hesitation. The larger rims and low profile tires allow for very flat cornering and great over allhandling. The paint is about 10 yrs old but presents well. The interior is leather. It would be better if the new owner were from out of state because it is carbureted and set up fairly lean to pass California emissions. It would breathe a lot better without that restriction. This car will only appreciate in value due to its rarity. It has a functioning A/C but no heater. The eng provides enough heat for California weather. You could drive this car anywhere
