We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.
If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 781-763-7447 Ext. 208. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. If you'd like to call him for a price, that would be fine.
All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's car after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Please only bid if you are a real bidder who wants to purchase the vehicle, and again, if you haven't purchased 3 items over the last 3 months we will remove your bid. If you're a zero bidder and you bid at the last second just before the auction ends, the vehicle will be offered to the bidder before you and you will not end up with the vehicle, so you need to call us.
Thank you for looking at our clean classic 1975 Triumph TR6 Convertible. This car is equipped with a straight 6 cylinder stick, AM/FM radio, 2 extra covers when convertible top is down (in trunk), and much more. This car has 96K actual miles and a clean title. It just came out of a shop where $1,800 was spent to make the car 100% ride and drive ready. The new owner will be getting a totally serviced vehicle. We drove the car over 30 miles from where we purchased it from and it drove back like a dream. The receipts come with the car, showing all work done and it comes with an owner's manual and other paperwork. The interior of the car we think is in great shape for 45 years old.
The body looks good with a little bit of rust on the rockers and we believe the frame to be 100% solid as seen in the Flickr below. The convertible top is in real decent shape for the year. The 4 tires on the car are almost brand new. The car steers well, stops well, and the engine and transmission are both in good condition. Please check out all the pictures to familiarize yourself with the car. This is not a rust-free car, but there's not much of it. All the important areas, like the motor compartment, trunk compartment, the doors, and the hinge areas of the doors are all in great shape. This could be an everyday driver, but most buyers we believe are just looking for a fun weekend cruiser to go to car shows, ice cream or just for a fun ride on a Saturday or Sunday and this cool old classic offers all that and more. So just be the last highest bidder when the auction ends in 7 days and you'll have a really nice Triumph TR-6 convertible to drive anytime you want.
