1963 Triumph TR3 Description

I've played with this car for 30+ or so years. Although I hate getting rid of it, I lack the time it deserves . Time to pass the torch. Starts and runs strong. All mechanical as well as most other components work but could use a general tune up and some tender loving care. Actual mileage is unknown as speedometer cable was never there. Engine was completely rebuilt not too many miles ago and when properly tuned, it runs like a tank. Due to the tightness of the engine, radiator could use a new core in order to keep up with the heat (not an issue when on the move). I recently had the car painted, it is in overall fair condition, but could use more work. Although rust was never much of a problem, there are a few small areas where the filler cracked and there is some minor oxidation. In addition, the body shop was not very accurate when attaching the auto panels back to the car. There are several other imperfections, but no major issues. Car comes with many other parts not shown in the pictures (including but not limited to all trim, ready to reupholster, convertible frame, new floor panels, window skirts, ...). I will consider your best offer.

Door handles, hubcaps and other minor items not shown in picture are in my possession. Also, just wanted to clarify, that due to the car been seating for a long time, not seeing much action other than an occasional start up in the summer time, engine does start and run strong, but rough, and will need to have carburetors cleaned and rebuilt, as most likely, they have a good amount of gunk built-up.

REVISED DESCRIPTION

I've played with this car for 30+ or so years. Although I hate getting rid of it, I lack the time it deserves . Time to pass the torch. Car has been seating since 2011 and other than the occasional warm weather start up, it has been seeing little action. It starts and runs most of the time, but due seating all this time, carburetors need to be cleaned and rebuilt, as most likely, they have a good amount of gunk build up. Also, I just recently got car to move on its own, and although roughly, it did drive a short distance. However, not for long, as it seems like the clutch plate is sticking. Tachometer reads 79936 miles, but actual mileage is unknown as speedometer cable was never there. All mechanical as well as most other components used to work,(as I did 8 years ago drive the car for 90 miles to take it to the body shop) but due to seating all this time, they will need some massaging, a general tune up and some tender loving care. Engine was completely rebuilt not too many miles ago and when properly tuned, it runs like a tank. Due to the tightness of the engine, radiator could use a new core in order to keep up with the heat (not an issue when on the move). I recently had the car painted, it is in overall fair condition, but could use more work.
