1970 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description

Iam proud to offer this 1970 Delux, 7 passenger bus . I have not seen to many buses these days is this kind of condition . It was originally bought new at Avalon motors in Seattle Washington . I purchased the bus is a very dry part of Washington . Which would explain why this bus is as solid as it is . The highly sought after Delta green pain, is by far one of the best colors of the era . Aiso a color not commonly seen . With so many campers out there for sale . I believe that the deluxe models are going to be the next classic bus to see a rise in value .

Lets start with the drivetrai, this bus has a fresh rebuilt 1600cc dual port motor build at a shop in Tri Citys Washington. Transmission shifts smooth and nice . brake line, wheels cylinder, recently replace, all new fuel line, engine seals etc . all fresh . It runs and drives very well and is one of the smoothest driving buses Ive ever driven . Its drives nice and tight like a brand new bu, steering is grea, new 205/75/15 tire, new roof rack .

The interior is super complete and very nic, headliner is very impressive for the yea, All original door panels are clean and very nic, Even has the hard to find spare tire cove, original jack under seat and owners manual. Seats were recovered using TMI seat covers on all seat, The front two seats have brand new padding and feel amazing . One key works in the ignition and all the doors . If you know VW's well then you know how special that is .

The body is all Original paint and extremely solid . The front floor halfs were replaced using autocraft panel, and floor repainted and looks like brand new . There was a couple small areas down low that were fixed and blended to match original . Those spots were very small and done professionally . You can not even tell anything was ever done . The bus does have some scrape, ding, dents and faded paint but honestly . That is the beauty of this bus . It was never undercoated and the paint in the wheel wells is great showing the factory seam sealer . This bus is extremely solid and one of the best I have came across in years . As they say its only original once !

So I hope I included enough imformatio, If you would like more info please ask . I think the pictures will show how great this bus really is .
