1973 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description

This is a 1973 Volkswagen Bus with metal sunroof. Brand new Porsche 914 engine. We bought the engine last spring. Clutch, transmission, drive line, brakes are all good with no problems. All the body work has been completed. She is primered and ready for paint. We have all of the original glass. We have all of the original parts, i.e., headlights, windshield wipers, antennae, dashboard. We have taken out everything and gutted her. This is a mid-RESTORE project! We have the original seats that have been removed and will need to be re-upholstered. Doors work great. Metal sunroof needs a little bit of track work but will open and close. Interior panels are all there and are ready to be recovered. There is a hideaway storage bench installed in the back. There is no rust on the bus at all. There is minimal amount of rust on front and back bumpers due to weather exposure. There is no title and can offer you bill of sale. From what I understand, it has not been registered for over 10 years or so. We actually found it sitting outside of someone's barn out in the middle of nowhere and purchased it from the caretakers of the gentlemen's estate. There are no keys as they were lost.
Not much more to say. We spent the past two years pouring our blood, sweat and tears into her and we hate to see her go. Please note: You will need a trailer to haul her away as nothing is bolted down and she is ready for paint.
We have done all the tedious, painstaking work now it's time for the fun stuff.
