1973 Volkswagen Dune Buddy Description

I am selling my very nice 1973 VW dune buggy, his is a one of a kind car and you will not see any others like it. I took out the factory drive train and put in a 2.0L turbo engine from a 2005 subaru WRX and a built VW 091 transmission. The engine only has about 50K on it and makes roughly 250HP, t is very clean and runs like it is new and it is dressed up nicely with some chrome bolt on parts. The transmission is a VW 091 that is built up to handle the 250HP and I also did bigger upgraded CV axle shafts to handle the extra HP and torque. Now with all that added power I had to make sure I could stop the car so I upgraded to disc brakes all around and put new wheels and tires on it. For the interior I did all new gauges in the dash, ftermarket radio with plenty of speakers in the back and it has a new soft top roof that is easily removable. As you can tell I have a lot of time and money invested into this car and it was done right not a hack job, t is an extremely fun car to drive but I have too many vehicles so this one has to go.On Mar-08-16 at 05:23:44 PST, eller added the following information:
