1956 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

This is a very original and clean 1956 Volkswagen Beetle Oval window it is all numbers matching, the body, pan and motor are all correct and original. What's also nice is thatthere is no rust anywhere on the car, the floors are original and rust free, and all the other panels are rust free also, one of the reasons it is so rust free is it has been in California all of its life, and also it has been stored in a temperature controlled airplane hanger for 23 years. The original color of the car is Polar Silver, the previous owner painted the outside of the car yellow over 20 years ago, he was going to repaint the car that's why the rear fenders and apronhave sanded and primered, but he never finished it. The seats havetheir original upholstery on them, the drivers seat does have a tear in it, but I just pulled seat covers off ofthe other seats and they are in beautiful condition. They just need to be cleaned.The car just needs a little detail work to make it really nice. The car is registered and itruns anddrivesgreat. The Oval window bugs are the ones that the collectors want, especially when they are all numbers matching and rust free,and they are going up in value quickly.
