Being sold "as is" with no warranty. You're welcome to come and take a look at it in Broadview Heights, Ohio near Cleveland. The motor is not froze up (it all turns manually) but I don't want to start it (plus there is no battery in it and the gas was siphoned out) for fear of creating an issue. It's a beauty but its been setting for a long time. Super clean and nice - check out the backside of the bumpers to get an idea of exactly how nice this car is! Like I described it's never seen snow and seen very little rain but the hot Vegas sun has done some damage. That's why mom replaced the tires after less than 15k miles. She had a brother that sold tires and got new ones apparently when the summer heat took it toll.
