1970 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

This is my 1970 VW Beetle 2110 stroker I have for sale. It has been taken apart and put back together with just about all new parts. Pan has been redone and sealed. New:tie rods, steering box, brakes, brake lines, drums, interior, headliner, handles, window rubber and door rubber, hood rubber, stereo with Rockford Fosgate 6 1/2 Component speakers- 4, brake master cylinder, Battery, gauges, short shifter and a bunch of other stuff I've forgotten so if you want to know if its been replaced, just ask it probably has. Motor is a 2110 stroker motor which is a blast to drive, not so peppy that you couldn't use it everyday in my opinion and its connected to a new rancho highway flyer transmission. These both were put in together after I kept upgrading the engine so these have about 2000 miles on them total. The whole body has about 4000 miles on it sincethe bug has been redone.The bug was a first place in its class in Fredericksburg VW Classic a few years ago and 3rd place in Dub Splash in Dallas. It sits in my nice cool garage so the inside is still nice and fresh and the paint doesn't dull. There is a bit of paint chipping on the hinges. I had plans to give it to my son but he preferred a Jeep. I don't need to get rid of it but I hate seeing it sit and not be used and I have a few other projects going also. This is sold as is where is so come check it out, people always are drawn to it at car shows because its not overdone, or under done, its just clean.
