1960 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description

1960 VW bus. The serial numbers 506153 appear to be between August -September 1959. I bought it from 2nd owner who purchased it in 1970. He used it continuously until 1999 when it was parked. The van was running when parked. Engine #6484886 is in pictures. I can not guarantee year model of van or engine you are buying as pictured with supporting serial numbers. Engine turns over with compression, clutch still works as does transmission. I actually was able to move van by turning engine for whatever that is worth. Sunroof is vintage VW. Original front seat frames are still in van. The van rolls easily and the brakes still work.I have a picture of vin plate with numbers. Original key is still in ignition switch. Vehicle sold with notarized bill of sale . Alabama did not title vehicles until 1975 so there never was or will be an Alabama title.I will try to post a link with more pictures later. A $100 deposit is due at end of sale through Paypal. The balance by check or wire transfer within 3 days. I'll answer any and all questions to the best of my ability before end of sale.
