1991 Volkswagen Golf GTI Description

Time to let my beloved "Red Rocket" go to a new home.This car is old and has been around the block... not mint or excellent. It has rust and blemishes.But I have spent a boatload of money to keep her safe and in good functional condition. She has been well maintained.I believe she has many more miles left in her.Painted a couple of years ago, looks good from 20 feet, less so from 5 feet.A ton of fun to drive, but has been sitting for 9 months in storage... so needs to be driven again.I have a book of all the receipts from her maintenance and repair.If you have questions... Got a few inquiries about the extent of the rust. Behind the plastic wheel moldingsthere is significant rust on the rear wheel wells. The area behind/around rear bump has significant rust. Floor pans have been patched. The area around the gas fill door is bubbling a bit under the paint. The engine cradle/undercarriage I had replaced with a nice clean one from the west coast... so that is solid.
