1990 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description

This is a non-operational Vanagon Carat. The engine has been taken apart, and needs to be put back together and rebuilt or might need a completely new engine. I’m not a mechanic, I wouldn’t be able to tell you.
(All the motor parts are boxed up in the Vanagon ready for shipment. See pics)

I’ve had this Vanagon for about three years and has worked excellent, until about 3 months ago when the engine overheated. I’m paying for my new studio and I'm paying for my university tuition and I don’t have the skills, money nor the time to fix this beauty, so I’m putting it up for auction.
There are a few dents from before I bought it, but nothing is too noticeable (just above rear left tire).
-Windows are manual-Vehicle is manual drive-miles 273,198-2 jumper seats-Rear seat turns to flat queen size bed
Needs:
-The engine is the needs work or if already you got an engine, this will be perfect for you. - side mirrors need to be replaced
Things I added to the Van within the last 3 years:
-Yakima Rack (paid $800)-tinted windows ($250)-Updated the air-conditioning - worked really good ($300)-Two new axles ($300)-Replaced stereo, and speakers with subwoofer ($350)-Replaced front windshield ($200)-Sealed the side windows from making noise while driving ($150)-Curtains from Go Westy with customized rails ($250)-New HID lights and high beam lights ($150)-Replaced tires-Replaced rear hatch struts from Go Westy ($120)

Owning this Vanagon was amazing. It’s hard to let go. Hopefully you can make it work again.
