1984 Volkswagen Other Gl Description

1984 VW Quantum wagon with 1.6 turbo diesel. In Europe, these were a Passat. In the U.S they were the dasher, then the quantum.
Front wheel drive with 5 speed manual. Equipped with power windows, ac, cruise control. Tow hitch, vinyl interior, roof rack rear defog
The good: brand new clutch, brand new turbo, good tires, drivers seat was re upholstered completely not long before I got it, lots of interior and exterior parts to fix broken or damaged interior and exterior parts which I got out of a parts sedan
The bad: engine starts and run but has a knock that sounds like either an injector problem or a wrist pin on cylinder 4. As mentioned before interior is rough but have new dash, dash trim, center console etc. headliner board is there fabric is gone, front windows were converted to manual but I have motors and regulators for all windows, I have the front lens and trim for front turn signals. Ac is inoperable, and other things that come with a 33 year old car. Odometer broke when I got it
