1968 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

1968 VW Beetle -Original owner family- bought new in 1968 in Sherman,Texas with rare A/C option added at the dealership. Bug is in very nice condition and runs and drives. Has been stored enclosed at our family place for the last 30 years. Only driven on our property every once in a whil, ot on public roads--- so please do not expect to drive away on a long trip. Please bring a trailer or transport. Everything works that is needed to pass an inspection. Lights, orn,ect. Well maintained over the years, ut could use a tune up and brake overhaul. No bad rust on the bug- a weak spot under the battery tray area. Paint looks nice. New Carpet. Newer Tires. Original interior/headliner looks nice- needs some upholstery attention under the rear window area. The A/C underdash pod is still installed- the engine bay components are not, ut will be included.
