68 VW bug Convertible, Yukon Yellow, clean CA bug, turns heads!

1968 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

68 VW bug convertible. I am the 3rd owner. I bought the car from TX owner who said the same family owned car in CA for first 41 years and based on its condition have no reason to doubt it. Texas owner won some car shows there. As you can see by the pictures, t looks great! Has Porsche wheels including spare. Runs and drives good. Convertible top and boot in great shape. Interior looks awesome with tweed seats, oco floor mats, nd $1,200 stereo recently installed. Engine is detailed and very clean. Paint is older but still looks very good but does have a couple of small rock chips and one small spider crack. Trunk is clean and includes period correct jack and handle. I have owned a lot of bugs over the years and this is a great example of a well cared for convertible that drives and shows well. Only reason I am selling it is to make room for a muscle car I have my eye on. Wish I had more garage space!
