1969 Volkswagen Type III shaved Description

I am listing another project that I am just never going to get to.It is a 1969 Volkswagen Type 3 Slant back that has been converted into a full time California open top roadster.It is not really a convertible because there is no top at all.It has been sitting since the engine was removed due to a failed #3 cylinder.The interior is mostly gone and the seats that are in it are junk.
With the BUY IT NOW PRICE I will include all of the parts that I have purchased for it worth well over $700.00Otherwise they are available for sale to the winning bidder first at an additional cost. Those include 2 new reclining sport bucket seats in black, a new set of pistons cylinders and rings, 2 new seat mounts, new push-rod tubes and seals, new engine gasket kit, and a couple boxes of other misc items.
This is a good solid project car to put some time into. The paint is starting to show its age and there is rust in the battery tray area under the rear seat. I also just found rust behind the passenger side front seat. The trim ring on the passenger side headlight is missing.It does have front disk brakes. and an aftermarket shifter. the tires are in good shape with loads of tread. They were replaced recently and are not very old.I picked it up a while ago with the hopes of rebuilding it and cruising the CA coast. But I have too many projects going on and this one is a long way down on the list.It has not been registered in more than a decade. The title has been lost long ago. It will come with a bill of sale only.THERE IS NO TITLE, BILL OF SALE ONLY.........
