1971 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia Description

This 1971 Volkswagen Westfalia Bus was purchased earlier last year in Seattle, WA from a long-time owner and was driven down to San Diego. Since owning, I have upgraded the engine to a freshly rebuilt 1915cc (I had a professional classic VW shop do the work). It has recent paint and runs like a charm. The transmission is a 4-speed and shifts perfectly. The bus comes with the pop-top cot and front seat cot so it can sleep 4 comfortably. 1971 was the last year that these VW buses were made exclusively in Germany.
