1960 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

1960 VW Convertable for sale. I've owned the car for ten years and time to let go if price is met. The car is in great condition and have always continued to keep doing little things to it to keep it in good shape. Could be a daily driver but I have only had it out on sunny days occasionally. Always been garage kept. It was restored sometime in the mid 90's in California and I bought it in Miami. It has 8000 miles on it since being restored. Here are some items in a list....

Paint in excellent condition

Just had a fresh tune up with new plugs, wires, points, distributor cap, blue coil, and new carb

New carpet throughout including trunk area front and back

VDO gauges

Scat shifter

Formuling steering wheel

Disc brakes front and back

Custom seats and interior

New tires front and back

All German glass

Top in excellent condition

Pans in great condition NO RUST!!!

There are some small items that need to be done to make it be in excellent condition, that I do when I find the time but nothing of major concern. Example is the windshield wipers are there with all parts and motor but I have never connected the wires. And the back windows I pull up because I have not connected the solenoids. Small things that I have not bothered doing yet because of finding time but if I keep the car they will be done one day. I just enjoy dropping the top and joy riding. But it does start a lot of conversations. It's for sale. No joy rides and serious buyers only please.
