1966 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

• Up for sale is a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle/Bug
• Great shape for age
  
• My family has owned this Bug since new
  
• Original 1300 CC engine swapped out for rebuilt 1600CC engine some years back
• Been in storage mostly outside in Simi Valley Ca for years
  
• Engine runs great
  
• Carb just rebuilt
  
• Transmission shifts smoothly all gears operating and functioning great
  
• Clutch no problems
  
• Missing Interior Drivers Door Panel
  
• Missing Interior Rear Back Seat Bench
  
• Has Rear Seat Back Rest that folds down nicely and operates as it should
• Front Seats are original but seat covers are torn and Interior Seat Hair or foam should be done with new covers
• Rear engine hatch has some old bondo work and crack in lower metal hatch should be replaced
• Front fender has small dent Weatherstripping fair Original 65 Bug eye headlights and old school bumpers Dash good shape many extra parts included in sale misc handlers etc
• Very little rust Recent interior clean up and some misc prime work inside and out
• Running boards fair shape some maintenance needed and better attachment clips
• Inside Hood great shape all original components Jack Dash board pieces there
• Clean and clear Title but tags 3 years out in California as has sat in my driveway
